The Jersey Devil roller coaster is themed based off of the Urban Legend from New Jersey. The story is shown along the walls when you get in line for this ride. It is PERSONALLY my favorite ride in the entire Great Adventure theme park, I believe this ride to be the scariest in terms of twists, turns and drops. It has a speed of 58 miles per hour making it one of the fastest single rail coasters in the world. This ride takes you up 13 stories high and travels over 3,000 feet of track. This makes the ride worth the wait in line because it doesn't end too quickly. The height requirement for this ride is a minimum of 48" and is considered a max thrill ride. I honestly feel like the Jersey Devil is even better than KingDa Ka which is the Tallest and fastest coaster in the world. If you are ever at 6 Flags Great Adventure in Jackson New Jersey (United States) I HIGHLY recommend this be one of your stops if not your FIRST.
